New Mill holds one state license, DSP208, for two buildings at 518 West Bethel Road: the store, and the cultivation building where we grow. The menu also carries products from other Maine producers.
Bethel was settled in 1774 as Sudbury Canada and took its present name in 1796. It grew as a cluster of villages, among them Bethel Hill, the main village, and West Bethel, in the Androscoggin River valley on the southern edge of the Mahoosuc Range.
Routes 5, 26 and 35 all meet US Route 2 in Bethel village. The store is west of the village on Route 2, toward West Bethel.

New Mill serves qualifying patients 18 and older, from Maine or visiting from another state, with a valid medical cannabis certification, and registered caregivers 21 and older.
