Accessibility Statement

1. Our goal

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

2. What we've checked

On September 26, 2026, we tested every type of page on this site with axe, an automated accessibility checker, against WCAG 2.1 Levels A and AA, in both the light and the dark color theme. We also checked the age gate and these legal pages with a keyboard.

That testing found three problems, and we fixed them the same day:

• Some small text didn't stand out enough from its background, mostly in the light theme: the gold labels above page titles, the "Est. 2023" line under our logo, the footer's headings and fine print, crossed-out sale prices, the "More" link in product descriptions, and a few other labels and notes. It now meets the WCAG AA contrast minimum.
• While the age gate was open, pressing Tab could move past its buttons to the page behind it. Keyboard focus now stays in the gate until you answer it.
• On our "page not found" page in the dark theme, the text in the header and footer was black on a dark background. That page now uses the site's own colors.

After the fixes, the checker found no problems on any of those pages in either theme, including with the age gate open. One part of the site is outside our control:

• Google map: the map on our homepage and Visit page comes from Google, so we can't fully control how accessible it is. Our address and a Get Directions link are beside it.

Automated tools catch only some problems, so please tell us about anything else that gets in your way.
