1. Who may use this site

New Mill serves qualifying patients 18 and older, from Maine or visiting from another state, with a valid medical cannabis certification, and registered caregivers 21 and older. If that doesn't describe you, please don't use this site.

The age gate asks you to confirm this before you browse. New Mill is a medical cannabis dispensary and sells only to qualifying patients, visiting qualifying patients and registered caregivers.

2. Menu, prices and availability

Our online menu updates automatically from our point-of-sale system, but it can lag behind what's on the shelf. Products, prices, specials and availability can change without notice. The product and price information in the store — on the shelf, on the product label and on your receipt — is what applies to your purchase. Photos may show a similar product rather than the exact item.

We work to keep product information accurate. If you spot an error, please tell us.

3. Buying from New Mill

• In person. Sales happen at our store in Bethel. We check each patient's or caregiver's credentials and photo ID before a sale.
• Limits. Maine law limits a sale to 2½ ounces of harvested cannabis per transaction, and a visiting patient to 2½ ounces in any 15-day period (22 M.R.S. §2428(7)).
• Our right to decline. We may decline a sale if credentials can't be verified, if a purchase would go over a legal limit, or if we believe it would break the law.
• Product concerns. If something is wrong with a product you bought from us, contact us (see section 7).

4. Using the site

Please don't:

• copy the menu or other site content in bulk, by scraping or any other automated means;
• try to break, overload or get around the site's security;
• use the site for anything unlawful; or
• resell products you buy from us.

5. Our content and other sites

The text, logo, photos and design of this site belong to New Mill LLC or to the people who license them to us. Product names and brands belong to their owners. Links to other sites, such as Google Maps or the Maine Office of Cannabis Policy, are there for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

6. This website, as is

We provide this website as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but it may have errors or be unavailable at times, and we can't promise otherwise. To the extent Maine law allows, New Mill is not liable for losses that come from using or relying on this website.

This section is about the website only. It does not limit any right you have about products you buy from us, or any right under Maine law that can't be waived.

7. Governing law, changes and contact

Maine law governs these terms, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of the State of Maine. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
